Businesses can buy online and receive priority plans with an SLA, access to the dashboard, 24/7 prioritized support, and more. This option works best for businesses who can purchase online with a Credit Card.

We also offer Enterprise accounts for businesses who need to buy large amounts of Starlink terminals in bulk or pay invoices via wire payments.

What do you get as an Enterprise customer?

  • Enterprise customers receive everything online Business accounts receive plus more.
  • Starlink Enterprise offerings include unique products to suit specific use cases. For example, data "pooling", backhaul, Layer 2/Layer 3 VPN, Aviation, and more.
  • Enterprise Accounts have access to enhanced dashboard tools and an Enterprise API that allows them to manage, transfer, activate, configure, track their Starlinks and more.
  • Enterprise accounts receive account management resources for onboarding and/or dedicated ongoing support.

How do you qualify?

  • You can qualify for an Enterprise account if your estimated annual recurring spend with Starlink is over $1M USD.
  • For customers with over $1M USD annual recurring spend, Starlink will provide account management resources to support onboarding and initial deployment.
  • For customers with over $5M USD annual recurring spend, Starlink will provide ongoing account management support with an individual account manager, business reviews, insight into future product and feature roadmaps, and other benefits.
