Ordering, Billing & Payments


To order Starlink, go to starlink.com/business. You can place your first order & add additional locations after.

After placing your Starlink order, it’s important to know that:

  • With Starlink, there are no contracts. You can cancel at any time, for any reason, on your account page
  • You can try Starlink for up to 30 days from activating your service, and, if not satisfied, return the hardware for a full refund
  • You'll receive your first monthly service bill upon activating your Starlink, or 30-days after shipment, whichever comes sooner.
  • There is a two-year limited warranty when using High Performance or Flat High Performance.

As a business account, you will have a billing day of the month. The billing day of the month will be the day the invoice is generated and emailed to you. By default, payments are due 7 days after invoice generation.

The billing day of the month is linked at an account level and is based off the date you activate your first subscription. After your first subscription, all active subscriptions on the account, regardless of activation date, will be billed on the billing day of the month.

Example: If a subscription is activated on 2/10, the billing day of the month becomes the 10th. The first invoice will be generated on 3/10 and will bill for services activated since 2/10 and 3/10-4/10.


We recommend purchasing Starlink with a credit or debit card on starlink.com. Alternate payment methods are available in some countries. Express your interest in wire transfer or alternate payments.


Wire Transfer

Business customers in the US are now eligible for invoiced billing using wire transfers, with a minimum purchase of $10,000 for hardware. Monthly service will require payment via credit card or ACH direct debit.

With this option, you receive an invoice for your purchase, and can initiate payment using the instructions on the invoice. All invoices will include Net 7 payment terms. For vendor onboarding information, please reference our W-9.

Remittance details must be sent to the SpaceX email on your invoice. Otherwise, your order may be delayed.

Business customers in the US are eligible for ACH direct debit for monthly service and additional hardware purchases. However, initial orders must be placed with a credit / debit card or through wire transfer. Payment information can be updated within your Starlink account.

Starlink does not currently support ACH credit, but we are continuing to add payment methods.


Starlink kits typically have a 1-2 week delivery time and installation should take no more than a few hours. After installation, your Starlink will be available to use.
