Trial your first Starlink for 30 Days
If you are considering Starlink for your business, we strongly encourage you test it out for yourself first. Starlink offers a 30 day demo period to help facilitate this proof of concept testing. Within 30 days of receiving your Starlink kit, you are eligible to return the hardware and any accessories for a full hardware refund. To get started with this demo, please follow the below instructions:
DEMO INTIATION:
1. Purchase a Starlink kit through Starlink.com at any of the Business, Mobility, or Maritime pages
2. Install and activate your dish (see here for instructions). Download our iOS or Android app for optimal set up.
3. Test it out for the next few weeks with your normal business operations
SUCCESSFUL DEMO :
If your demo was successful and you’d like to buy more kits for additional locations, you can bulk order more through the Starlink Shop accessible via your Starlink Account
UNSUCCESSFUL DEMO (RETURN PROCESS):
If your demo was unsuccessful, please follow the below steps (more details here):
1. Log into your Starlink Account page to initiate a return.
2. In the “YOUR STARLINKS” section, click “MANAGE” next to the Starlink you wish to cancel service for.
3. Click “Cancel Service”, check the box for “I would like to return my hardware”, and then click “Confirm”.
4. Receive an email with your prepaid shipping label (Starlink will cover the return shipping) and drop off at the corresponding carrier
5. Receive a refund to your original payment method for the entire cost of your hardware (minus the initial shipping cost)
